End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using the Flyhoward Ltd software you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledge that distribution, renting, sublicensing all or any portion of Flyhoward Ltd software products, Flyhoward Ltd software registration keys, accompanying utilities, or any documentation is expressively prohibited.
2. Agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to change or otherwise modify any part Flyhoward Ltd software products.
3. Acknowledge that some software by Flyhoward Ltd uses strong encryption methods that some countries place use restrictions. Verify that you are allowed to use these applications before doing so.
4. Acknowledge that though some software by Flyhoward Ltd uses strong encryption methods, Flyhoward Ltd DOES NOT guarantee the safety or privacy of ones data to any extent.
5. Acknowledge that Flyhoward Ltd shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits, which may result from the use of Flyhoward Ltd software products.
6. Acknowledge that Flyhoward Ltd shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential misuse of Flyhoward Ltd software products.
7. Agree to use your best efforts to prevent Flyhoward Ltd software products from unauthorized disclosure or use.
8. Acknowledge that this agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Flyhoward Ltd software products, including all computer programs and documentation, and erasing any copies residing on computer equipment. This agreement also will terminate if you do not comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. Upon such termination you agree to destroy the software product and erase all copies residing on computer equipment.
9. Acknowledge that these materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Acknowledge that this information is subject to change without notice, does not represent a commitment on the part of Flyhoward Ltd in the future and that Flyhoward Ltd assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in these materials.

Copyright

The copyright and intellectual property rights of this software, and all its documentation, including the online help system, are owned by Flyhoward Ltd, and are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property right treaties. You may not copy any portion of the software or documentation in any form, except to use this software in accordance with the terms of the agreement or to make one copy for backup purposes. You may not alter the software in any way. If copies of the documentation must be made, you should make them in printed form only
