I have found that editing an entry to change hours from P1 to P2 left the P1 hours still there and just added P2 hours as well. Since you can't be P1 and P2 at the same time shouldn't the programme zero the previous P1 entry if another button is pressed? I found that even manually putting zeros in didn't help and in the end I had to close the input box and reopen it, go back to find the error to edit it correctly.

Yours,

Nick

Hi Nick,

P1 and P2 buttons will behave as you requested in the next release.

Not sure why you couldn't overwrite with zeros? Clicking 'Edit' enables the day and night time boxes to accept numbers (white background), once the time has been entered click 'Update' to save. Use the left/right arrow keys to change between hours and minutes.

To quickly return to an entry you can use the Goto button then enter the date of the entry you wish to find.

Thanks Howard,

I don't know why I couldn't manually change the P1 hours to zero either. I was highlighting the figures with the mouse and then overtyping with zeros but as soon as I clicked away from the box the previous hours returned. Like I say, once I closed the entry box and reopened it I was then able to make the changes.

Yours with tired fingers (2,600 hours done and lots to go),

Nick
