Q: I’ve lost my license key, can you re-send it?
Yes, Contact us, do not forget to provide us with the following information: your product name, registration name/key and billing or delivery e-mail. This information will help us to find your order quickly and re-send the registration information to you. We highly recommend you to make backup copies of your software and registration information.
Q: How to buy your software on-line?

Q: What shall I receive after payment?

Q: How long does it take to process an order?

Sorry, No. When a customer purchases a software license, the software is registered in the customer's name. Once registered, this software cannot be transferred to a third party. Flyhoward Ltd provides technical support only to the original customers.

Q: How do I install a version upgrade?
Download the full installation package anew and install it on the same workstation as your original version, which will be overwritten. It should not be
necessary to uninstall the existing version. All settings will be saved. The update procedure should not require any additional registration details.
Q: Do you have a product to work with SQLCE version 2.0 database files?
No, version 2.0 files can only be accessed on a mobile device or emulator. SDF Viewer runs on a PC, you would need to upgrade the file to version 3.0 on the device/emulator in order to open it with SDF Viewer.
Q: Can SDF Viewer open a password protected SQLCE database file?
Yes, if you know the password. SDF Viewer will not recover or reset lost passwords on protected databases.
